Malacañang Issues Executive Order No. 94 Creating Independent Infrastructure Fact-Finding Commission

Malacañang has issued Executive Order (EO) No. 94, formally establishing the Independent Commission for Infrastructure, which will serve as a fact-finding body to investigate complaints and issues surrounding infrastructure projects across the country.

The newly created commission is tasked to conduct impartial inquiries into allegations of irregularities, inefficiencies, or mismanagement in government infrastructure undertakings.
