Lotto sales of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) surged by 38.3 percent year-on-year following the implementation of higher minimum jackpot prizes for its major Lotto games.

Data from the PCSO showed that from February 1 to 7, 2026, total Lotto sales reached more than ₱413 million, significantly higher than the over ₱299 million recorded during the same period in 2025.

In addition to the increase in sales, the number of Lotto tickets sold during the period also rose by 10.7 percent year-on-year, indicating higher public participation.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles said the growth in sales and ticket purchases directly supports the agency’s mandate to fund health, medical, and social welfare programs nationwide.

The PCSO reiterated its call for the public to play responsibly and to rely only on official PCSO channels for accurate information on Lotto games, draw schedules, and prize announcements.
