Former Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr. was rushed to the hospital earlier this morning after reportedly suffering from severe abdominal pain.

His legal counsel, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, confirmed the development, stating that Teves had been experiencing intense stomach discomfort since last night. He was immediately given medical attention and brought to a hospital for further evaluation.

As of this writing, the specific hospital where the former lawmaker was admitted has not yet been disclosed. His current condition is being closely monitored.

Teves remains a controversial figure, facing multiple legal issues and currently residing outside the Philippines.
