Several former colleagues of ex-Marine Orly Guteza presented documents and other evidence allegedly linked to the delivery of cash-filled suitcases intended for high-ranking government officials.

During a press conference on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, the group of 18 ex-marines, led by Atty. Levi Baligod, claimed that they personally delivered the cash to politicians, including former Speaker Martin Romualdez and President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

According to the ex-marines, the purpose of their statement was to corroborate previous allegations regarding the purported transactions. Guteza was reportedly the first to disclose the alleged delivery of money to Romualdez’s residence.

The group also stated that they were tasked with facilitating the exchange of US$2 million intended for investigators of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which they reportedly handed over to former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.

Authorities are monitoring the case as an official investigation is awaited to verify the claims.
